An Illinois man is facing charges after he allegedly threatened officers and harassed customers at a Lake Geneva McDonald’s. Police were dispatched to the restaurant after receiving a report of an intoxicated man who was defying orders to leave. That’s when officers identified 43-year old Christopher Peterson of Arlington Heights. Peterson reportedly had a bottle of wine and marijuana at the table, and officers placed him into custody. At that time, Peterson then threatened the officers, and was transported to the Lake Geneva Police Department. He is charged with threat to a law enforcement officer and possession of marijuana, second and subsequent offense.
