According to an update from the Palmyra/Eagle School District, the Library in Eagle has purchased 25 pairs of youth snowshoes and 4 pairs of adult snowshoes for use in the schools. Particularly at the Eagle Nature Trail. Library director Alli Chase collaborated with staff in the Eagle Elementary Physical Education and Art Departments to develop the project. On weekends, snowshoes can be checked out from the Alice Baker Library.
