Lake Geneva Police Issue Citations for Retail Theft

According to an update from the Lake Geneva Police Department, on January 6 at 6:15 p.m. officers were dispatched to a location on Edwards Blvd. for a retail theft complaint. 64 year old Arturo G. Soto and 62 year old Susana Avila, both from Lake Geneva, were issued citations for retail theft-price tag altering.
