According to an update from the Lake Geneva Police Department, on December 11 at about 10 a.m. officers received a report of an unwanted subject in the 1200 block of Tomike St. Officers responded to the residence and took 32 year old Adam Garcia from Lake Geneva into custody. Charges have been referred up to the Walworth County District Attorney’s Office for battery and misdemeanor bail jumping. Garcia also had a valid warrant out of Kenosha County and was subsequently confined in the Walworth County Jail on the above listed charges and Kenosha County warrant.
