Lake Geneva Man Cited for 2nd Offense OWI

According to an update from the Lake Geneva Police Department, on January 23 at about 2 a.m. officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Southwind Dr. for a reckless driving complaint. 36 year old Michael Quiles from Lake Geneva was ultimately issued citations for reckless driving endangering safety and 2nd offense OWI. Court records show that he has an upcoming appearance in court on March 14 at 8:30 a.m.
