Jefferson County Man Previously Charged Now Bound Over On Charges
A 23-year old Ixonia man has been bound over on charges in Waukesha County. Tucker Rain Zimmerman has been charged with first degree reckless homicide, reckless endangerment of safety and four separate counts of obstructing an officer. These charges are related to the December 2019 death of Sylvia J. Kush in the Town of Merton, who was Zimmerman’s girlfriend at the time. A Milwaukee man is also facing charges in Kush’s death. Back in August, Zimmerman and the other man were accused of giving fentanyl to Kush, where she later overdosed. The cause of Kush’s death was confirmed to be acute Fentanyl and Alprazolam intoxication.
