Jefferson County Health Department Gives 851 COVID-19 Vaccines

According to a press release from the Jefferson County Health Department, 851 vaccines were given during the first clinic of COVID-19 vaccinations, even though they initially anticipated only giving 300 vaccines. Those who fall under phase 1A are still able to obtain a COVID-19 vaccine if they haven’t already. Information regarding who falls under phase 1B is not yet available. The health department reminds you that even if you have received the vaccine, it is still important to practice social distancing and wear your mask.
