According to the City of Janesville, they have launched a new incentive program for its water utility. This incentive program will encourage Janesville residents to replace inefficient toilets and other utilities with ones that better conserve water. Rebates of both $25 and $50 will be awarded depending on the utility and the type of replacement.The $25 rebate will be for customers who are able to provide sufficient proof of inefficient or old fixtures being replaced by EPA WaterSense Models, while the $50 rebate will be awarded to those who can prove the same with toilets.
