Janesville resident 18 year old Gabriel Tomczak is facing charges including two counts of throwing or discharging bodily fluid at a public safety worker or prosecutor, disorderly conduct, and resisting or obstructing an officer after an incident that occurred on January 13. The complaint was officially filed on January 18. On January 18 a bond of $1 thousand was set, and he was ordered to have no intentional contact with Officer Fish or Sergeant Skatrud of the Milton Police Department. He must also maintain absolute sobriety. He has an upcoming court appearance tomorrow at 1 p.m.
