In a post from the Janesville Police Department, they are warning the public of fraud schemes related to the COVID-19 virus. These scammers claim to be offering COVID-19 vaccines in exchange for your banking and credit card information. They are also claiming to offer COVID-19 tests, HHS grants, and Medicare prescription cards in exchange for other personal information. Remember that government officials will never contact you like this and ask for money. Do not respond to these messages, and do not click any links.
