Janesville Police Warning About Vaccine Scams

The Janesville Police Department is warning the public about scams as the COVID-19 vaccine starts to become more widely distributed. A graphic shared by the department says that signs of potential scams include being asked to pay out of pocket for the vaccine, being asked to put name on a waiting list, advertisements, or marketers offering to sell or ship the vaccine. Protect yourself by not giving out personal information to unknown sources, says the department. For more information, visit the Janesville Police Department on Facebook.
