Janesville Men Arrested After Reports Of Shots Fired
Janesville Police made multiple arrests on Monday night. According to a press release by the Janesville Police Department, just after 10:30 Monday night, officers responded to a report of a shot having been fired in the 400 block of South Academy Street. Officers arriving on scene heard gunshots and established a perimeter.. A resident opened the door and pointed a handgun at officers. The man, identified as 19-year old Dylan Madonna, cooperated with police and dropped the gun and was taken into custody without incident. There were three additional adults and a toddler located inside the residence. Ammunition, a second gun, and drugs were located after obtaining a search warrant. No injuries were reported. Two other men, Jacob and Carlos Ramos, were taken into custody. They are charged with felony fugitive complaint and possession of THC, respectively. Madonna is facing charges of 1st degree recklessly endangering safety.
