According to an update from the Janesville Police Department, on Saturday morning at about 1:30 a.m. an officer stopped 58 year old Andrew Conley, and he was arrested for operating while intoxicated. This is Conley’s 5th OWI. He is also on probation, and had a warrant through the Rock County Sheriff’s Department. Conley was also cited for operating without a license, open intoxicants, and drug paraphernalia.
