Janesville Man Arrested for 4th Offense OWI

According to an update from the Janesville Police Department, last Friday at about 9:30 p.m. they arrested 28 year old Janesville resident Clayton White Sr. for 4th offense OWI with a passenger under 16 years old, child neglect, possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, possession with intent to deliver THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, and probation/parole violation. Before an arrest was made, he was stopped for traffic violations on Highway 14 near N. Wuthering Hills Dr. when an officer noticed signs of impairment.
