Janesville City Manager Shares 2022 Equalized Assessed Value

Last night at the Janesville City Council meeting, city manager Mark Frietag discussed Janesville’s 2022 Equalized Assessed Value. The preliminary value from the Wisconsin Department of Revenue has increased to about $7.195 billion, and the net new construction is estimated to be 2.27 percent. Equalized assessed values have been continuing to increase in Janesville since 2013.
