Janesville City Hall Approves International Migratory Bird Day

At last night’s Janesville City Hall Meeting, it was declared that International Migratory Bird Day will be celebrated on May 8 this year. The purpose of this day is to bring attention towards providing a comfortable and healthy environment for birds and decrease the hazards they may face in the community. Janesville has been celebrating this day annually since 2013.
