Illinois Man Facing Charges in Rock County Court

Arlington Heights, Illinois resident 27 year old Nicholas Gibson is facing charges in Rock County Court, including 2nd offense OWI, OWI causing injury, Inattentive Driving, and Unreasonable and Imprudent Speed after an incident that occurred on January 3. For the two OWI charges, a bond amount of $750 was set on January 4. He was also ordered to have no contact with the victim, their residence, place of employment, vehicle, or elsewhere. He must also maintain absolute sobriety. The charges of Inattentive Driving and Unreasonable and Imprudent speed resulted in a bond amount which combined is $401. He has an upcoming court appearance on January 18.
