Identity of Victim in Janesville Shooting Released

In a press release from the Rock County Medical Examiner's Office, they released the name of the homicide victim from the April 26 incident on Plainfield Ave. He was identified as 30 year old Janesville resident Devon J. Hills. Preliminary results of a forensic autopsy confirm that his death was the result of homicidal firearm related trauma. This death remains under investigation by the Janesville Police Department and the Rock County Medical Examiner’s Department.
