I-43 Interchange Core Project in Rock County Receives Recognition

According to an update from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, crews that worked on the I-43 Interchange Core project in Rock County have received the Large Contract Award from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. The project reconstructed and expanded 3.7 miles of both I-39 and I-43, as well as reconstructing and extending WIS 81. Throughout the project, traffic volumes of 97 thousand vehicles per day was still able to be maintained.
