Helenville Man Facing 3rd Offense OWI

Helenville resident 37 year old Alexander John Long is facing a charge of 3rd offense OWI after an incident that occurred on February 24. The case was officially filed on March 11. On March 14 a bond amount of $750 was set, and Long was ordered to maintain absolute sobriety. He is not to be present in any bars, taverns, or liquor stores. Long is also to comply with SCRAM alcohol monitoring. He has an upcoming court appearance on May 26 at 2 p.m.
