A Green county man was sentenced to prison for killing a Janesville man in his driveway last year. Lucas Stuhr plead guilty to second degree intentional homicide after it was reduced from first degree intentional homicide which would’ve meant life in prison. Stuhr nearly emptied his 9 mm handgun as he shot Clifford Grice in January of 2019, a woman who was sitting in the car next to Grice when he was shot told police she had lived with Stuhr but had broken up and when he found out about her relationship with Grice, Stuhr repeatedly threatened to kill him. Stuhr was diagnosed with major depression, anxiety and having post traumatic stress traits. He was sentenced to 30 years in prison with 15 years of extended supervision.
