Fort Atkinson resident 64 year old Piper Frye is facing a charge of 4th offense OWI after an incident that occurred on January 19. On January 21, a $2.5 thousand bond was set, and she was ordered to maintain absolute sobriety. She must also comply with the SCRAM alcohol monitoring program. Frye has an upcoming court appearance tomorrow at 2:30 p.m.
