Fort Atkinson Schools To Resume In-Person Learning
Due to a downward trend in positive virus cases, Fort Atkinson schools will return to in-person learning on January 5th for those who elect to do so. There will be several operational considerations, according to the Daily Union. A mirrored learning format is available for those who still wish to learn virtually. The decision was unanimous during the Thursday board meeting. Operational considerations state that Elementary schoolers can return to in-person instruction five days a week, while middle and high schoolers will run on an alternate day schedule until January 29th. There will be early release days every Monday at 1:30 PM until March 22nd. The district will continue to follow county health guidelines in regards to quarantine. The district has been almost entirely virtual.
