According to an update from the Fort Atkinson Police Department, on Saturday shortly after 3 p.m. an officer checked on a suspicious vehicle located on Main St. A 17 year old male from Jefferson was taken into custody, as he was listed as a missing juvenile. He was turned over to a legal guardian and cited for underage possession of tobacco.
