Fort Atkinson Police Assist in Saving Man's Life

According to a post from the Fort Atkinson Police Department, last week on Thursday officers responded to an incident where a man had stopped breathing and had no pulse. Officers were able to perform CPR and had to deploy a shock from an Automated External Defibrillator to start the heart. The man was taken to a hospital in Janesville, but doctors said he has a 12% chance of surviving the incident. However, due to the quick actions on behalf of the officers, his life was able to be saved.
