Fort Atkinson resident 29 year old Michael Miller is facing a charge of second offense OWI, operating with a restricted, controlled substance, and operating while revoked after an incident that occurred on March 30 of 2021. The incident was officially filed on January 19. He has an upcoming court appearance on February 21 at 9 a.m.
