Whitewater firefighters battled a large garage fire on Tuesday afternoon. Firefighters responded to the 500 block of North Franklin Street for a house fire. A detached garage was found to be fully involved in fire with a vehicle in the driveway threatened by the fire. Whitewater Fire says they were on scene for around 90 minutes. The garage and the contents inside have been deemed a complete loss.
