According to multiple sources, the person who drowned yesterday on Geneva Lake near George Williams College in Williams Bay has been identified as 22 year old Fadi A. Albazi from Morton Grove, IL. Albazi was riding on an innertube behind a boat with 5 other people on board. He fell off the innertube and his flotation device slipped off. The other occupants of the boat jumped in to try to rescue the victim, but were unsuccessful.
