Delavan Man Facing Drug Charges

Delavan resident 23 year old Jonathan Aranda is facing charges including possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver psilocin, possession with intent to deliver THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia, all as party to a crime. He faces an additional charge of maintaining a drug trafficking place. These charges were set after an incident that occurred on February 3. On February 4 a $2 thousand bond was set, and he is not to possess or consume alcohol, and he cannot possess any firearms, ammunition, or other weapons. He has an upcoming court appearance on February 28 at 3 p.m.
