Delavan Man Facing Drug Charges

A Delavan man is facing drug charges after drugs were found during a welfare check at a Lake Geneva hotel. According to the LGRN, 37-year old Bryan Tidwell of Wisconsin St in Delavan, is facing charges of possession of a controlled substance second and subsequent offense, repeater and possession of marijuana second and subsequent offense, repeater. Officers were dispatched to a hotel on Main St for a welfare check. A vehicle unrelated to the welfare check pulled into the hotel, and officers made contact with the driver, identified as Tidwell, and observed mushrooms and marijuana grinders and cigarettes, along with a THC vaporizer.
