Delavan Man Facing Charge of Possession of Open Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle

According to an update from the Lake Geneva Police Department, on April 15 at about 1:15 a.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop on W. Main St. at Center St. The driver, 29 year old Delavan resident Justin Michael Knowlton, was issued citations for possession of open intoxicants in a motor vehicle (driver), possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of THC.
