Delavan Man Facing 4th Offense OWI Charge

Delavan resident 44 year old Gilbert Gonzales is facing charges including 4th offense OWI after an incident that occurred on January 15. The case was officially filed on February 7. On January 17 a bond of $2 thousand was set, and he was ordered to not possess or consume alcohol. He cannot enter any bars, taverns, or liquor stores, and is not to operate a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device installed. He has an upcoming court appearance on March 16 at 8:30 a.m.
