COVID-19 Vaccine in Jefferson County for Residents 65 and Older

In a post from Jefferson County Wisconsin Government, they have provided information on how Jefferson County residents age 65 and older may be able to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. A link to a survey can be found on the Jefferson County Wisconsin Government Facebook page, and once the survey is completed, survey respondents will receive an email with a link to register for an upcoming COVID-19 vaccine clinic. However, due to limited capacity, filling out the survey does not guarantee an appointment time or vaccine, but shows the county your interest in receiving the vaccine. If you have any questions or would like more information, email vaccine@jeffersoncountywi.gov.
