COVID-19 Vaccine in Jefferson County for Residents 65 and Older

In a post from Jefferson County Wisconsin Government, they have provided information on how Jefferson County residents age 65 and older may be able to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. A link to a survey can be found on the Jefferson County Wisconsin Government Facebook page, and once the survey is completed, survey respondents will receive an email with a link to register for an upcoming COVID-19 vaccine clinic. However, due to limited capacity, filling out the survey does not guarantee an appointment time or vaccine, but shows the county your interest in receiving the vaccine.
