Construction This Week on Town of Cold Spring to City of Whitewater

According to a post from the Jefferson County WI Government, this week the highway department will be resurfacing County Trunk Highway U from County Trunk Highway N in the Town of Cold Spring to County Trunk Highway D in the City of Whitewater. The existing deteriorated asphalt pavement will be milled prior to paving the roadway. During construction, the roadway will be closed to through traffic, but access will be maintained to local residents, businesses, and emergency vehicles.
