Clinton Man Arrested In Sexual Assault Case

A Clinton man has been arrested on sexual assault charges. According to the RCSO, 46-year old Ronald E Torkilson was arrested as part of a sexual assault investigation. Officials say that the incidents in question occurred back between 1997 and 2001 in Clinton and surrounding areas. Two victims were identified. Torkilson is charged with two counts of repeated sexual assault of a child. He will make his first court appearance on March 16. The investigation is ongoing.
