City of Whitewater Honoring Purcell Pearson

According to a post from the City of Whitewater, tonight residents around Whitewater are participating in a “light up” by turning on porch and office lights from 5:36-7:36 p.m. to honor UW-Whitewater graduate Purcell Pearson, who was killed earlier this month.
