According to an update from the City of Whitewater regarding the lakes drawdown project, no work is scheduled for today or tomorrow due to warmer temperatures and snow. Wednesday through Sunday, crews are planning to work 24 hours with most work occurring at night due to cold temperatures. All work is weather dependent, as the ground must be frozen by 18 inches in order to allow large equipment to drive on and add dirt to loading trucks. Dredging on Tripp and Cravath started last week on Wednesday.
