City of Watertown Making Themselves More Accessible to Residents Through Text My Gov

In this week’s Weekly Roundup on the City of Watertown WI Government Facebook page, Mayor Emily McFarland discussed how the city is working to make themselves more accessible to the public. They have created a program called Text My Gov. Citizens can utilize Text My Gov on the City of Watertown’s website, and send a message asking any questions they may have. They will then get a quick and prompt response. Citizens will also be able to sign up for alerts from the city. More information is still to come in this new development.
