City of Janesville Named One of The Top Remote Working Cities

The City of Janesville has been named one of the top cities for remote working. According to the city, a recent real estate survey placed Janesville 12th out of 300 communities for telecommuters. The results of this survey center around median rent/home value, internet access, cost of living, safety data, and access to parks. Janesville also got high marks for affordability, with a median rent of $200 a month below the national average. In addition to this, Janesville ranked in the top 15th percentile in safety from violent crimes, 82% of residents were within 10 minutes of a park, and nearly all residents had access to three or more broadband providers.
