According to the City of Janesville, they have launched a campaign called AccessJVL to improve accessibility in the city. AccessJVL is an interactive online tool that allows users to report issues with accessibility in city facilities and infrastructure. For the campaign, the city is partnering with digital communications system company, SeeClickFix. Janesville residents can report issues by either downloading the SeeClickFix app, or by visiting the AccessJVL tab on the city’s Facebook page. Users can choose from 6 categories including buildings and facilities, infrastructure, parks and playgrounds, programs and services, transit, or other to begin reporting where the issue is. The information given by the user is then forwarded to city staff. For more information on AccessJVL, visit https://www.janesvillewi.gov/Home/Components/News/News/14175/29.
