City of Janesville Issuing Request for Proposals for Construction Management Services

According to an update from the City of Janesville, they are issuing a request for proposals to solicit services of a consultant to provide construction management services for an indoor athletic and conference center located at 2500 Milton Ave. The City is looking to work with a team of creative individuals that understand the needs of indoor athletic facilities, have significant experience with either ice arenas or public sector projects, and can work collaboratively with City staff and the design team to oversee the construction of an efficient and cost-effective facility. Proposals can be submitted by following www.janesvillewi.gov/rfp through 4:30 p.m. on Friday, February 22.
