City of Janesville Chief Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Retires

According to an update from the City of Janesville, last week Chief Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Keven Bliss retired after 24 years of service within the city. He was hired in August 1997 as a Wastewater Operator Trainee. Bliss was able to advance through several ranks within Janesville Wastewater Utility, including Operator 1, 2, 3.
