City of Janesville Announces New Downtown Building

The City of Janesville has announced they have reached a deal to redevelop property at both 313 Wall and 22 N High Streets in downtown. A 3200 sq ft retail/office building that will also include four suites, a drive-thru, food truck and an outdoor patio was approved last week by the Janesville City Council. This new project continues a positive period of growth in downtown Janesville. This will be the first new retail and office building in downtown in almost 15 years.
