City of Elkhorn Winter Moratorium Ends April 15

According to a post from the City of Elkhorn, the winter moratorium ends on April 15, and if you have a past due balance, you will be disconnected from whatever service is past due on April 20. However, certain individuals may be eligible for a deferred payment agreement. Additionally, Energy Services of Walworth County, Hope Now, and the Salvation Army may also be able to help.
