According to an update from the City of Beloit, an architect has submitted an application for review and consideration of a Planned Unit Development (PUD) - Master Land Use Plan for the property located at 825 Liberty Avenue. The applicant has also submitted an application to rezone the subject properties from PLI, Public Lands and Institutions to PUD and an amendment to the Future Land Use Map of the City of Beloit Comprehensive Plan from Single-Family Residential to Planned Mixed Use. This proposed development is for a mixed-use development with multi-family residential, childcare, and office uses.
