According to a Rock County Press Release, 27 year old Jared R. Russell from the City of Beloit has been arrested and is at the Rock County Jail in connection to a string of burglaries of storage shed units in Rock Township. The Rock County Sheriff's Office has been working with Beloit and Janesville Police Departments in the case. Russell has a court appearance on Wednesday, July 21 at 3 p.m. The investigation is still ongoing and more information will be given as it becomes available.
