The City of Beloit Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying individuals wanted on felony warrants. One of the suspects has been identified as 54-year-old Anita Faye Quince. Quince is wanted on charges of Credit Card Theft as a repeat offender. She is described as 5’6, 205 pounds and is black with brown hair. The department is also looking for 27-year-old Keanthony Maurice Spence. He is wanted for eluding an officer, obstruction, and bail jumping. He is described as black with brown eyes, 5’8, and weighing 230 pounds. Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of these or any other suspect is asked to contact either Rock County Dispatch at 608-757-2244 or Crime Stoppers at 608-362-7463.
