Burlington Encourages Residents to Vote

The City of Burlington is encouraging its residents to exercise their right to vote in the April 6 election. In a release on the City website, the City says that wards 1-10 will all vote at one polling location, located at 589 Milwaukee Avenue. ID is required. Early In-person absentee voting will begin on March 23 at City Hall, from 8:30 to 11:30 and 1 to 3:30, except on April 2 when hours are extended to 5 PM. Photo ID and masks are required, and voters are being told to enter the building on the Jefferson Street entrance. Due to social distancing, only two voters will be allowed in the building at a time.
