Beloit Woman Charged with OWI

A Beloit woman is facing formal charges after a December 12th incident. 28-year-old Jasmine J Lockhart was arrested back on December 12th but was formally charged this week. According to the criminal complaint, Lockhart was involved in a traffic collision at prairie avenue and arrowhead drive. That’s where it is reported that Lockhart lost control of her car and ended up in a residence in the 1700 block of Prairie Avenue. One person was injured in the accident. Lockhart is facing charges operating while intoxicated causing injury, which is a second and subsequent offense.
