According to the jail arrest log from the Beloit Police Department, 36 year old Katreina Dooley-Campbell was arrested on Saturday for her 3rd offense OWI. This incident occurred near Portland and Vine St. Additionally, there was a passenger under age 16 in the vehicle. More information may be given if it becomes available.
